The first degree of Reiki gives you the ability to channel and give Reiki to yourself and others.
It is a mindfulness course that teaches you to read the aura and detect the byosen - areas of excess energy, lack , stagnant or sick - in the energy field of a person and teaches you how to treat it.
Purpose :
Attunement to Reiki Healing Energy
Heightening/Awakening of psychic abilities
